Day 32: nothing’s guaranteed.

Packed up quickly before the rain came again this morning and left the Prom on our way to Lake Tyers. A massive thunder storm rolled through last night and it poured down. There were tents completely under water and some people had resorted to sleeping under the BBQ sheds.

We had an awesome time over the last week in Wilsons promotory,  amazing scenery, the best beaches I’ve ever been to and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Had a quick stop at Agnes falls on our way today and then drove for about 2 hours in bucketing rain. Stopped in at Lakes entrance to buy some seafood and then arrived in Lake Tyers and set up in pouring rain. I love Victorian weather.

The lady in the caravan park office said that if we go fishing out the front on dusk that we are guaranteed to catch something and not to come back until we do. Looks like me and Rexy are sleeping on the beach tonight!

Good fishermen out of luck.
